Job summary

DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Sales Associate in Cincinnati to provide outstanding customer service, drive sales, merchandise, and support daily store operations. You will help customers select merchandise, assist with stock, and maintain store standards.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers professionally and courteously.
• Identify customer needs and provide knowledgeable assistance to help select products.
• Assist with shipments, merchandising, restocking, and pricing.
• Support loss prevention and store security procedures.
• Balance money and follow POS procedures.
• Maintain neat and orderly sales environment.
• Willing to work in multiple stores within the district.
