Job summary

Oishii is seeking a Harvester to join our Production Team. This hands-on role focuses on harvesting strawberries, maintaining plant health, and supporting packaging through sorting and labeling.

You will work with the latest farming tech to optimize yields in a fast-paced environment. The position involves about 90% time in the farm tending to plants, with responsibilities spanning harvesting, cleaning, and data collection to inform plant health improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in farming or harvesting environments is preferred.
• Comfort with manual tasks and repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Harvesting strawberries and maintaining clean, sanitary work areas.
• Operate and troubleshoot farming technologies when needed.
• Assist with sorting, weighing, packaging, and labeling for distribution.
• Collect data and information to help improve crop health and yield.
• Escalate concerns to leadership to ensure safety of staff and plants.
