As a Strategy& - Business Model Reinvention - Manager, you will provide strategic guidance and insights to organizations, analyzing market trends and assessing business performance to develop recommendations that help clients achieve their goals. Within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to identify growth opportunities, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
In this role, you will analyze client needs, provide consulting services across different strategic areas, and offer guidance to help clients develop and implement effective strategies that align with their business objectives. You will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. By embracing technology and innovation, you will enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same, contributing to the success of our firm.
The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
