HP's Personal System Operations (PSO) team seeks a Principal Program Manager to lead a high-impact global Cost Optimization initiative. You will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, integrate with multiple teams, and accelerate the implementation of savings ideas.

You will craft compelling Executive presentations for C-suite level decisions, report progress and milestones, manage risks, and escalate issues for resolution across North America, Asia, and Europe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in supply chain, procurement, demand planning, or related field; consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Are you a seasoned leader with a passion for driving transformative change to optimize cost? Join Personal System Operations (PSO) team as a Principal Program Manager! In this role, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional workstreams for a high-impact global Cost Optimization initiative. You will play a key role in integrating with multiple workstreams, facilitating alignment across organizations and resolve any potential roadblocks. You will also craft compelling Executive presentations to update project progress, and cost actions to C-suite level Executives in critical decision-making, and accelerate the implementation of savings ideas.

Responsibilities

• Establish and Implement a Project Management Framework: Develop and maintain a robust framework to ensure efficient project execution across multiple workstreams, leveraging interdependencies and proactively mitigating risks.
• Drive Cross-Workstream Project Updates: Collaborate with global workstream owners across North America, Asia, and Europe, to prepare and deliver regular updates on project progress, ensuring transparency and escalating critical issues to senior executives for prompt resolution.
• Facilitate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead collaborative discussions with senior management across key business units and functions (including procurement, design, product marketing, engineering, and category teams) to drive alignment on critical decisions and process improvements.
• Executive Reporting Create high-quality content tailored for C-suite stakeholders to effectively communicate initiative progress, key milestones, and overall impact.
• Provide Strategic Thought Leadership: Develop innovative strategies to accelerate the disposition of existing cost optimization funnel items and expand the funnel with high-impact opportunities.
• Enhance Data Visualization: Offer guidance on data visualization to improve the clarity, effectiveness, and impact of insights and recommendations.

Education & Experience Recommended

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of work experience in supply chain, supply planning, procurement, demand planning, project management, Finance or a related field; Management consulting experience preferred

Salary

The pay range for this role is $121,950 to $179,900 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
