The Department of Management and Organization at the USC Marshall School of Business seeks a tenure-track faculty member in Strategy or Organization Theory to begin in Fall 2027. We welcome applications from candidates at all ranks and seek scholars addressing questions in strategy and/or organization theory, including innovation, organizational change and design, institutions, and interorganizational relations.

The MOR is interdisciplinary and collaborative, valuing teaching excellence.

Qualificações

PhD or foreign equivalent in an appropriate field.
Evidence of research capability and potential for high-impact scholarship.

Responsabilidades

Conduct research leading to publications in top journals.
Teach courses across undergraduate, MBA, PhD, and executive programs.
Contribute to curriculum development and department service.
