The Opportunity As a Strategy& - Operations Strategy Consultant, Senior Manager, you will specialize in developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize operational efficiency and drive business growth. You will analyze data, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and achieve organizational objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching others to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escape, while developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams. In this role within our Strategy Consulting practice, you will focus on providing strategic guidance and insights to organizations. You will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for growth, optimize operations, and enhance overall business performance. Your ability to craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story will be crucial. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback, contributing to the success of our firm.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of experience in professional services or consulting roles that include strategy consulting experience

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Analytics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
