Impact Advisors, LLC seeks a Strategy & Operations Managing Consultant to advance healthcare client engagements through data analytics and operational improvements. You will lead initiative teams, develop new capabilities, and drive improvements aimed at patient-centered, value-driven outcomes while modeling our collaborative culture.

This role emphasizes shaping supply chain strategies, conducting analyses, and delivering practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management within healthcare context.
• Strong understanding of healthcare physician/hospital supplies, services, and operations.
• Experience with Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, Contract Management, and Value Analysis.

Responsabilités

• Support client engagements focused on supply chain optimization.
• Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare client-ready reports, dashboards, and analyses communicating findings and recommendations.
• Participate in on-site and virtual meetings with hospital leaders and department managers as a trusted client representative.
• Assist with frontline manager coaching by helping leaders understand labor metrics and staffing drivers.

As a Strategy & Operations Managing Consultant at Impact Advisors you will continue to grow your healthcare career in a collaborative, supportive and inclusive environment. Responsibilities

• Support client engagements focused on supply chain optimization.
• Analyze datato identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare client-ready reports, dashboards, and analysesthat clearly communicate findings and recommendations.
• Participate in on-site and virtual meetings with hospital leaders and department managers, serving as a trusted and professional client representative.
• Assist with frontline manager coachingby helping leaders understand labor metrics, staffing drivers, and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with peers and practice leadersto support engagement planning, deliverables, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Apply knowledge of hospital operations, workflows, and supply chainto ensure analyses and recommendations are practical and actionable.
• Support change management effortsby helping leaders adopt new tools, processes, and management behaviors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, preferably with a healthcare provider or consulting role.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and physician/hospital clinical supplies, services, and operations.
• Experience with Strategic Sourcing, Contract Negotiation, Contract Management, and Value Analysis required.
• Track record of consistently reaching or exceeding cost savings targets and goals.
• ERP, inventory management, distribution and logistics, and Procure-to-pay automation understanding, and experience are a plus.
• Experience with healthcare contracting methodologies including Local Agreements, Group Purchasing Organizations, and Regional Group Purchasing Organizations are a plus.
• Familiarity with Clinical Strategic Sourcing including Physician Preference Items within the operating rooms, and/or cardiac catheterization lab is a plus.
• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Able to travel 80% of the time
• Authorized to work in the US

At Impact Advisors, we are committed to transparency and equity in our compensation practices. The compensation for this role includes a salary range of $95,000 - $180,000.

For salaried positions, this role may also be eligible for an annual performance bonus. Additional benefits and perks may also be available, depending on the position and employment terms. This range reflects consideration of several factors, including skills, experience, training, certifications, and organizational needs.
