This individual will work closely with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners to tackle some of the most important strategic and operational challenges facing the organization. Responsibilities

• Strategic Analysis — Synthesizing data from multiple sources to develop insights and recommendations.

• Special Projects such as evaluating new office locations, contributing to AI and technology strategy, and supporting multi‑year strategic planning efforts.

Requirements

Benefits

• Base Salary: $135,000–$175,000 for candidates with undergraduate or master’s degrees
• Base Salary: $150,000–$200,000 for candidates with JDs, MBAs, or PhDs
• Additional Compensation: Annual year‑end bonus (guaranteed in the first year)
