This position is only open to candidates currently pursuing their associate's degree from a community college or trade school. Candidates pursuing their bachelor's degree or higher will not be considered.

Early Career Apprentice Program

Join our 12–24-month apprentice program to gain hands-on experience while attending school. Allstate provides tuition assistance, career guidance, mentorship, and training in strategy and operations.

Role: Law & Regulation – Strategy & Operations Analyst Apprentice

This role exposes you to projects that improve operational efficiency and strategic decision-making within Allstate’s Law & Regulation department. You will gain experience in project management, risk assessment, and business process improvement.

Qualifications
