Job summary

Keplergroup is seeking a Strategy Manager in New York to lead client relationships with a data-driven mindset and strong communication. You’ll guide campaigns, coordinate across teams, and drive strategic outcomes for key accounts.

You’ll manage a team of analysts, work with multidisciplinary groups, and own client strategy sessions both on-site and remotely. A 3–5+ year background in digital advertising is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in digital advertising account management, yield optimization, marketing strategy/consulting, or brand management.
• Experience with marketing campaign design, campaign management, and analysis.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert for digital media channels including display, mobile, search, social and video.
• Serve as the primary client contact, elevate and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with clients to understand goals and constraints.
• Lead design and setup of campaigns and oversee reporting and analytics.
• Manage daily client campaign performance and status meetings.
• Lead on-site and remote strategy meetings; mentor analysts.
