Waymo is seeking a Strategy & BizOps senior analyst to drive go-to-market projects with broad impact. You will conduct rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis, distill insights for leadership, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across technical and commercial functions.
The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong financial modeling and data analytics skills, and the ability to solve ambiguous problems in a fast-paced tech environment.

The Strategy & BizOps team drives and executes against the company's go-to-market strategy. We leverage quantitative and qualitative analysis to create long-term business strategies and help execute on Waymo's commercial deployment. The team is analytically driven, with a proactive mentality, focused on finding and delivering on high impact projects.
This role follows a hybrid work schedule and reports to the Director, Strategy and BizOps.
The expected base salary range for this full-time position across US locations is listed below. Actual starting pay will be based on job-related factors, including exact work location, experience, relevant training and education, and skill level.
Waymo employees are also eligible to participate in Waymo's discretionary annual bonus program, equity incentive plan, and generous Company benefits program, subject to eligibility requirements.
