The role drives data governance, quality, and program monitoring across schools and districts.

You will collaborate with executive leadership, program teams, IT, and Data Governance to build sustainable data processes, training, and actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or nine years of related experience in data IT systems for public sector or school/district student support systems.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences and build data-informed practice.
• Experience translating policy needs into practical data and reporting requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish data definitions, business rules, analytical methods, and authoritative data sources.
• Lead data governance, quality, documentation, and prioritization across the division.
• Develop reports, charts, and dashboards; support project plans and timelines.
• Train and coach staff in data use, problem identification, and action planning.
• Support state and federal reporting, safety plans, and student wellbeing data processes.
