Job summary

Corgi is building the next generation of financial institutions and is assembling a Strategy and Operations Associate to help launch a new product line from the ground up. This hands-on role partners with leadership to tackle strategic, operational, and commercial challenges with significant ownership from idea through execution.

The role involves rapid work on high-priority initiatives, market research, performance analysis, and developing scalable processes as the product grows.

Responsibilities

• Help build and scale a new product line from the ground up.
• Work closely with leadership on the highest-priority strategic and operational initiatives.
• Research markets, customers, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Analyze business performance and develop insights to inform decisions.
• Evaluate new markets, products, partnerships, and growth opportunities.
• Design and implement operational processes as the business scales.
• Work with customers, partners, and internal teams to solve problems and improve the product.
• Coordinate complex initiatives and drive them through execution.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and develop practical solutions.
• Take ownership of ambiguous problems and figure out how to solve them.
