Job summary

The Walt Disney Company in Glendale, CA seeks a Global Development Analyst for Disney Experiences. You will build models, analyze market data, and develop strategic recommendations for leadership.

You will present findings to senior management, collaborate with Imagineering, Marketing, Revenue, and Finance, and may travel internationally as needed. A Bachelor’s degree is pursued with graduation targeted in 2026–2027.

Qualifications

• Quantitative analysis, financial modeling, and data-driven critical thinking are required.
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the company.
• Self-starter attitude with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in investment banking, consulting, or similar fields is preferred.
• Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university with graduation in Dec 2026 or May/June 2027.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models to evaluate demand, financial returns, and tradeoffs.
• Analyze data and industry research to support models and storylines.
• Help develop and deliver presentations for senior management across the Company.
• Contribute critical thinking by interpreting outputs and implications.
• Pitch new business ideas regularly for management consideration.
• Collaborate with Imagineering, Marketing/Consumer Insights, Revenue Management, and Finance to execute work plans.
• Potential for some travel to international sites.
