Job summary

Babson College's Management Division invites applications for adjunct faculty to teach strategy in our undergraduate and graduate programs. The position focuses on the core undergraduate strategy courses, merging strategic frameworks with current business challenges through an issue-based approach.

You will teach Management courses across formats, benefit from CELT development and coaching, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Relevant graduate degree from an accredited university.
• Prior college/university teaching experience and/or practical management experience relevant to the course.
• Alignment with teaching excellence, collaboration, and inclusion; commitment to educating entrepreneurial leaders.

Responsibilities

• Teach strategy courses in undergraduate and graduate programs.
• Utilize CELT and receive coaching from colleagues to enhance teaching.
• Assume additional responsibilities as required.
