Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in retail or brand background.
• 3+ years in category advisor or captainship is preferred.
• Target-specific Category Management experience is a plus.
• Proficient in reporting, analytics, planograms, and presenting insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex category work and synthesize data into tailored executive presentations.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with Target and cross-functional teams.
• Own end-to-end reporting, aligning insights with business goals and risks.
• Analyze marketplace trends and provide strategic recommendations to Target team.
• Develop and manage planograms, digital performance reports, and seasonal reviews.
