Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: design models to improve client experience and processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: support workshops, meetings, and interviews to capture requirements.
• Project Exposure: shadow product teams and contribute to data analytics assessments.
• Cloud migrations and system implementations across major platforms.
