About the job Strategy Consultant – SC2873

We are seeking a highly analytical, business-minded, and results-oriented Strategy Consultant to support organizational growth, strategic planning, operational improvement, and business transformation initiatives. The Strategy Consultant will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze complex business challenges, develop actionable recommendations, and support the implementation of strategies that improve organizational performance.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder-management skills. This position requires the ability to translate business data and market insights into practical strategies while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Strategic Recommendations: Analyze business objectives, organizational challenges, market conditions, and operational data to develop practical and measurable strategic recommendations.

Conduct Business Analysis: Evaluate financial, operational, customer, competitive, and market information to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Support Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership and business stakeholders to develop short-term and long-term strategic plans aligned with organizational goals.

Identify Growth Opportunities: Research markets, customer segments, products, services, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for revenue growth, expansion, and operational development.

Improve Business Operations: Assess existing processes and workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that increase productivity, quality, scalability, and cost effectiveness.

Build Business Cases: Develop structured business cases, financial analyses, presentations, and supporting documentation for strategic initiatives and investment decisions.

Manage Strategic Projects: Coordinate strategic initiatives from planning through implementation, including defining objectives, milestones, deliverables, resources, risks, and success measures.

Monitor Performance: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and provide leadership with regular updates regarding progress and business impact.

Conduct Competitive Research: Monitor competitors, industry developments, emerging technologies, customer trends, and economic factors that may affect organizational strategy.

Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with finance, operations, technology, marketing, sales, human resources, and other departments to ensure strategic initiatives are aligned and effectively executed.

Prepare Executive Presentations: Translate complex research and analysis into concise reports, dashboards, presentations, and recommendations for senior executives and other stakeholders.

Identify and Mitigate Risks: Evaluate potential risks associated with strategic initiatives and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.

Support Change Initiatives: Assist with organizational transformation, process improvement, technology adoption, restructuring, and other strategic change programs.

Measure Strategic Outcomes: Assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies and recommend adjustments based on performance data, stakeholder feedback, and changing business conditions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, Consulting, or a related field.

3–7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, business analysis, corporate strategy, operations, or a related discipline.

Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.

Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations.

Experience conducting market, competitive, operational, or financial analysis.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and business-analysis tools.

Experience developing executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and business cases.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

MBA or advanced degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.

Experience with management consulting or corporate strategy.

Experience supporting enterprise transformation or organizational change initiatives.

Familiarity with financial modeling and scenario analysis.

Experience with business intelligence, data visualization, or analytics platforms.

The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is $115,000–$155,000, commensurate with experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the role.
