Health System Advisors is seeking a Strategy Consultant in Minneapolis to help hospitals and health systems solve complex strategic problems.

You will define analytic approaches, gather data, and deliver robust quantitative analyses while communicating insights clearly to C-suite stakeholders. The role requires collaboration with teams and travel up to 50% as needed.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years with strategy consulting or related field.

Strategy Consultant Position:

• Define analytic approaches, integrate multiple analyses, and develop understanding of client problems to identify issues and opportunities to motivate client action
• Gather and refine complex data sets and data sources to enable accurate and robust quantitative analyses
• Provide insight into options, implications and contribute to team's understanding of client's overall problem and potential solutions
• Support consulting team by delivering against commitments on time
• Create client communications, present analytic findings and recommendations, and field client questions with minimal support
• Contribute to firm’s knowledge development by capturing client engagement approaches and insights.
• Work collaboratively with the internal team, share knowledge and experiences.

Candidate Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree is required, Master’s Degree preferred
• 3+ years with strategy consulting, strategic planning/corporate strategy group or related field
• Strong experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Must work well independently and with a team.
• Must be flexible and adaptable
• Knowledge of health care industry preferred
• Up to 50% travel required.
