Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Strategy and Transformation professional to partner on technology programs with the Global Technology COO and senior leaders. The role emphasizes designing solutions, delivering large-scale initiatives, and building repeatable transformation frameworks to drive alignment and outcomes.

You will work with senior management across management, Global Technology, and LoBs to develop narratives, analyze data, and influence decisions that shape critical priorities.

Qualifications

As a member of the Transformation team, you will partner on strategy and execution of technology programs that are of strategic priority to the Global Technology COO organization and to JPMorgan Chase. Job Responsibilities

• Design and drive solutions to accelerate decision making, scope complex problems, identify major issues and actionable opportunities
• Support the execution and delivery of large-scale programs across the organization, including building frameworks, developing content, formulating hypotheses, conducting analyses, and creating solution roadmaps
• Assist the design and implementation of transformation frameworks (processes, roles, tools) to enable repeatable and predictable delivery
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to technology transformation initiatives
• Drive continuous process optimization and institutionalize lessons learned across transformation efforts
• Analyze source‑system data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, and present actionable insights to stakeholders
• Develop deep, trust‑based advisor relationships with key stakeholders across management, Global Technology and the Lines of Business (LoBs) to drive program delivery and achieve organizational alignment and buy‑in
• Own development of concise communication materials for senior management, including exec level audiences
• Identify implications and “so‑whats” of outputs, data and analysis and drive the narrative via charts and reports for executive consumption

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technology strategy consulting and/or leading delivery of large‑scale strategic technology initiatives
• Significant experience with PowerPoint for executive‑level documents and Excel‑based models for analysis and planning
• Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills; ability to influence and tailor/articulate complex concepts and messaging for senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge and fluency in enterprise IT management and technology concepts including tech infrastructure, organization, product operating model, budgeting, talent, and risk management
• Proven entrepreneurial drive to identify opportunities for impact and influence others to take action
• Proven ability to structure and scope complex problems and apply a range of analytical and qualitative tools to develop solutions

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

• Advanced data analytics skills, including extracting and modeling data from source systems, as well as interpreting data for reporting purposes (Tableau or similar BI experience for analysis is preferred)
• Financial services background experience is preferred, but not mandatory
