Fanatics TCG is seeking a Business Strategy Associate to support high-priority initiatives on our strategic roadmap in Seattle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the studio, conduct analysis, and help shape our go-to-market strategies.

The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years in management consulting, strategy, or business operations, a bachelor’s degree in business, and strong quantitative skills. This role requires being onsite in Seattle with a fast-paced, creative environment.

Qualifications

• 20ds+ years of experience, preferably in Management Consulting, Strategy, Business Operations, or Program Management
• Bachelors degree in Business or related field preferred
• Strong quantitative and analytical proficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive self-starter with a passion for solving complex problems, driving results, and continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Help drive multiple high-impact, long-term, and ad-hoc business initiatives, working cross-functionally with teams across the studio to ensure project success
• Actively plan and manage high-visibility programs; collaborate with key stakeholders to scope, research, and size opportunities
• Support demand forecasting and partner with Commercial and Product teams on product planning and go-to-market strategy
• Set goals, report findings, and help present progress updates and recommendations to Fanatics TCG leadership
• Engage with a wide array of internal teams and channel partners to better understand industry dynamics and refine recommendations accordingly
