In this role, you will engage with leaders to design well-constructed analyses, developing decision support models (such as resource and headcount modeling, growth analysis, and metrics) that unlock strategic and tactical insights through key performance indicators and targets. Working cross-functionally with Analysts, Operations, Engineers, and Team Leaders, you will deliver innovative, actionable recommendations.
You will have five or more years of relevant experience, is comfortable operating in a high-paced, changing environment, and can navigate ambiguity while managing multiple functions efficiently. This position requires strong communication, analytics, and organization skills to build partnerships across Google Data Centers (GDC) and Technical Infrastructure (TI), and includes travel up to thirty percent of the time as required.
