Who We Are

Colgate-Palmolive Company is a global consumer products company operating in over 200 countries specializing in Oral Care, Personal Care, Home Care, Skin Care, and Pet Nutrition. Our products are trusted in more households than any other brand in the world, making us a household name!

Join Colgate-Palmolive, a caring, innovative growth company reimagining a healthier future for people, their pets, and our planet. Guided by our core values—Caring, Inclusive, and Courageous—we foster a culture that inspires our people to achieve common goals. Together, let’s build a brighter, healthier future for all.

The Strategy & Digital Manager is the primary architect of the plant’s future-state operating model. This dual-purpose leadership role is responsible for orchestrating the site’s five-year strategic roadmap—aligning capacity, sourcing, and "Funding the Growth" initiatives with long-term business objectives—while simultaneously spearheading the plant’s Industry 4.0 transformation.

As the site’s central strategist and digital gatekeeper, you will bridge the gap between long-term operational planning and a digitally-enabled shop floor. By leveraging operational & advanced analytics, digital tools, and emerging technologies, you will drive a data-centric culture that optimizes production, minimizes waste, and builds future-ready technical capabilities across the entire workforce.

Your Day to Day and The Future

Plant Strategy & Operational Planning

  • Lead the five-year plant strategy process, ensuring a robust roadmap is in place to meet organizational growth and performance targets.
  • Lead and coordinate short and long term capacity planning and road maps aligned with strategic sourcing and cost savings initiatives.
  • Maintain factory capacity utilization models following the release of monthly forecasts.
  • Partner with Division Network Operations to drive the timely and accurate collection of plant volume data for Budget and Latest Estimate (LE) reviews
  • Develop and drive strategies for product and material portfolio simplification to improve plant performance and resilience.
  • Lead and Coordinate the Funding The Growth Program to achieve savings targets (Coordinate Brainstorming Activities, Projects, go / no go decisions, benchmarking)

Digital Transformation

  • Develop and execute the plant-specific digital roadmap, aligning global/divisional/Plant initiatives to transition the plant from traditional to digital operations aligning with the key pillars of Industry 4.0.
  • Act as the central gatekeeper for all plant-level digital requests and technology needs.
  • Partner with plant functional leads to evaluate digital opportunities based on ROI, operational pain points, and technical feasibility.
  • Drive the cultural shift toward digital ways of working through structured training, communication, and building a network of digital champions.
  • Enforce an "Adopt-First" mindset, ensuring global or division tools are utilized before any local "self-service" development begins.
  • Drive the utilization of both operational advanced analytics at all levels in the site to optimize production, minimize waste, and improve process efficiencies.

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or analytical discipline.
  • 8+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience.
  • Experience using analytical skills and working knowledge of databases and spreadsheets.
  • Experience in Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, Planning, Quality, Safety, or Finance.

Even better if you have:

  • Proven supply chain domain knowledge (process, systems, and data) with solid operational experience in demand or supply; end-to-end experience strongly preferred.
  • End-to-end supply chain experience covering planning, logistics, manufacturing, and/or customer service.
  • Experience with ML models and/or cloud architecture.
  • Formal certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM or equivalent Agile certifications).
  • Experience working in a global matrixed organization and/or with global functional roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated experience driving large-scale change management and digital adoption with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with SQL/Python for data manipulation and analytics.
  • Experience integrating GenAI/LLM into business processes.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and project or product lifecycle management
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex data to all levels of the organization.
