Job summary

Cartesian is seeking an Engagement Manager - Strategy & Analytics in Boston, MA. You will lead engagements with a small team, manage clients, define workstreams, and deliver data-driven strategic insights for telecom, media, and tech clients.

Ideal candidates have 5-8 years of consulting experience, strong analytics skills across Alteryx/SQL/Python/Tableau, and the ability to tell executive-grade narratives while mentoring junior staff. MBA preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of consulting experience with 1-2 years overseeing engagements.
• Strong interest/experience in TMT sectors.
• Ability to translate complex problems into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with large datasets and data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end engagements with 2-5 consultants to deliver client value.
• Own client management, workstream scoping and oversight.
• Structure analyses, plan research, define strategy, and deliverables for clients.
• Develop executive narratives and present findings with clarity.
