Job summary

ZS in New Jersey invites MBA interns to join the Insights & Analytics team to tackle client challenges with data-driven approaches. You’ll work on AI and digital transformation strategies, collaborate with data scientists, and contribute to governance and roadmaps.

As a first-year MBA student with a strong foundation in business and analytics, you will develop problem-solving and communication skills while engaging with senior stakeholders and supporting client engagements across industries.

Qualifications

• MBA candidate in first year with strong analytical background.
• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, marketing, psychology or related fields.
• Experience leading client-facing projects and stakeholder management.
• Strong knowledge of AI and emerging digital technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage project teams for client engagements.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify challenges and opportunities.
• Develop AI and digital transformation strategies and roadmaps.
• Lead research assessing market trends and technology landscapes.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business implications.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers on AI solutions.
• Drive client workshops and executive presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and support growth of AI capabilities.
