Strategy & Advisory Consultant Job Description

As a Strategy & Advisory Consultant, you will:

• Work as part of a team on diverse client engagements in areas such as:
• Accounting Advisory
• Forensics
• Operational Transactional Advisory (M&A)
• Process Improvement
• Valuation Services
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture that encourages initiative and on-the-job learning
• Focus on innovation and technology to deliver exceptional client value

Required Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Operations/Supply Chain Management, MIS, Operations Management, or related fields, depending on the role
• Pursuing CPA-eligibility (150 credit hours) by graduation, depending on the role
• Experience with data analytics is desired
• Programming experience in languages such as SQL, R, Python, SAS, STATA, Tableau, Power BI, JupyterLab; fluency in two languages is minimum, depending on the role

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong academic credentials
• Proficiency with Excel
• Relevant work experience (e.g., internships, summer positions, school jobs)
• Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Willingness to travel (percentage varies by role)

Wage Range:

$26.00 to $38.00 hourly
