• Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities and craft a clear point of view.
• Model financial scenarios and build business cases for significant client decisions.
• Identify cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across AI, infrastructure, and operations.
• Synthesize market dynamics, competitive signals, and data into actionable client recommendations.
• Develop client-ready materials to communicate complex ideas clearly to executives.
• Lead workstreams end-to-end, ensuring coherence, rigor, and client readiness.
• Drive business development by shaping proposals and growing client relationships.
• Manage day-to-day client relations and maintain trust over time.
• Coordinate across delivery streams to keep work on track.
• Develop junior team members and provide growth opportunities.
• Travel: Average 40–50% (up to 80% as needed).
