Job summary

Spectrum is looking for a Workforce Management Admin based in Colony Acres, North Carolina. In this role, you will manage scheduling, reporting, and auditing functions, ensuring optimal staffing and adherence standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience in workforce management and an inbound contact center. Familiarity with scheduling software is essential.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in workforce management scheduling and forecasting software.
2+ years of experience in an inbound contact center environment.
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

Utilize scheduling software to manage center resources.
Assist with managing overtime and vacation time.
Track real-time exceptions in workforce management systems.
