Job summary

Bloomberg L.P. is seeking a Financial Analyst for Workforce FP&A in New York. The role focuses on reporting, analysis, and financial oversight to support the global workforce and corporate planning processes.

You will work with Finance and HR partners to ensure data integrity, create insightful analyses, and prepare presentations for Senior Management. The position requires solid finance experience and strong attention to detail within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Finance.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to confidently work with data and identify business trends.
• Ownership over the analysis and reporting within a defined scope.
• Proficient quantitative, financial and data manipulation skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships with key business contacts and define reporting needs.
• Oversee monthly reporting and analysis of workforce expenses and metrics for leadership.
• Design, develop, and execute efficient and controlled financial reporting processes.
• Assist in developing presentations for Senior Management on a regular and ad-hoc basis.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency of data collection and presentation.
• Provide time-sensitive ad hoc analysis to support inquiries from Senior Management and partners.
• Collaborate with Human Resources and Finance to ensure alignment between systems and processes.
