Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management team seeks a Relationship Manager/Client Associate to support the Financial Advisor team in growing client relationships and delivering service excellence. You will be the primary contact for non-administrative client requests and assist with meetings on investment strategy, performance, and market developments.

You will collaborate with portfolio managers and product specialists to coordinate sales and service activities, while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Series 7 and 66 licenses, or Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses; must obtain all state registrations held by the Financial Advisor(s) and Advisor Team(s) they support
• SAFE ACT Registration
• Maintain Form ADV -2B with details on experience and education
• Obtain and/or maintain at least one firm approved designation
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to lead through collaboration and influence without direct authority

Responsibilities

• Identify and own the client onboarding process
• Document client interactions and provide team with updates
• Execute on team service model
• Develop and monitor the team's client book segmentation strategy
• Engage specialists/partners to address client's needs
• Attend client reviews and capture notes in Salesforce
• Monitor client satisfaction and manage resolutions
