Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Senior Wealth Strategy Analyst to partner closely with Wealth Strategists and deliver data-driven analysis and client-ready planning deliverables for high net worth client engagements.

You will organize complex financial information, develop planning models, and prepare materials for use in client meetings, while ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely production. The role includes mentoring junior analysts and supporting process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in wealth planning or financial analysis in professional services.
• Strong financial planning, modeling, and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency with financial planning software (eMoney) and MS Office.
• Attention to detail and collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• CFP or equivalent credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Data Review & Organization: Review and organize client financial information to support analysis.
• Financial Analysis & Modeling: Prepare cash flow models, estate flowcharts, and scenario analyses.
• Client Deliverables Preparation: Develop client-ready materials for Wealth Strategists.
• Planning Support & Research: Research advanced planning strategies across estate, tax, insurance, and cash flow.
• Process Management & Execution: Track deliverables and coordinate workflow for timely production.
• Ongoing Plan Maintenance: Update analyses as client circumstances evolve.
• Collaboration & Team Support: Work with Wealth Strategists to enhance client experience.
• Coaching & Development: Mentor junior analysts and share knowledge.
• Thought Support & Content Development: Contribute to internal materials and presentations.
• Risk & Compliance: Operate within risk framework and adhere to quality standards.
