Job summary

The role focuses on identifying client needs, recommending managed products and services, and supporting business development through seminars and targeted outreach while maintaining compliance and accuracy in reporting.

Qualifications

• Typically, between 4-6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field or equivalent.
• FINRA licenses OR Series 7/66 required per role.
• Life and Health Insurance Producer’s License needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and investment planning and advice in collaboration with the team.
• Support achievement of sales and performance targets for asset sales and financial planning.
• Identify opportunities to develop business through outreach and referrals.
• Coordinate and execute relationship management plans with the lead manager.
• Ensure compliant and data-driven decision making and reporting.
