• Minimum 3+ years in financial advisory, wealth management, or closely related client-facing roles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Series 65 required at hire or within the period permitted by firm and applicable law.
• Strong investment knowledge and planning judgment.

• Develop and deliver goals-based financial advice aligned with client objectives, resources, risk tolerance, and time horizon.
• Advise on investment strategy, retirement income, tax-aware planning, insurance, estate planning, liquidity, and related decisions.
• Lead client meetings and clearly communicate recommendations, tradeoffs, and implementation priorities.
• Develop new client relationships through referrals, professional networks, prospect meetings, and firm-supported activity.
• Coordinate with investment, planning, operations, compliance, insurance, and outside resources as needed.
• Maintain complete client records and adhere to regulatory, privacy, and firm requirements.
