Job summary

E&M Technologies, Inc. seeks a Strategic Wargaming Specialist to join our Charlottesville, VA team in support of NGIC. You will design, develop, and execute advanced wargames across land, air, cyber domains to support training, capability development, and operational analysis.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree with extensive wargaming experience, strong knowledge of MDMP/JPP/COA, and a proven ability to communicate findings to senior Army leadership. A DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree and 8 years of experience or 12 years of relevant experience in professional military wargaming, defense analysis, operations research, military simulation development, or related fields.
• Experience designing adjudicated, seminar, matrix, tabletop, computer-assisted, or simulation-based wargames.
• Direct experience supporting U.S. Army, Joint, DoD, or NATO organizations.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute advanced red-on-green wargames for U.S. Army training and operations analysis.
• Create game systems and mechanics modeling land, air, maritime, space, cyber, and information domain interactions.
• Lead workshops and design sessions with military experts and government stakeholders.
