Qualifications

• 4+ years of defense analysis, analytic wargaming, structured exercises, or formal research.
• Experience designing or supporting wargames, tabletop exercises, or simulations, including scenario development, facilitation, data collection, and post-exercise analysis.
• Experience with DoD or interagency operations, processes, or stakeholders.
• Experience in operational planning, intelligence analysis, defense policy, or modeling and simulation.
• Experience producing analytic assessments, reports, and decision-support products.
• Ability to independently plan, conduct, and analyze research to inform wargame design and execution.
