Job summary

Pyramid Healthcare in the United States seeks a Vice President of Nursing Operations to lead nursing services across multiple programs. This role drives clinical quality, regulatory compliance, workforce development, and operational consistency while supporting growth and program expansion.

You will partner with executives to promote excellence in nursing practice, oversee accreditation readiness (CARF, Joint Commission), and champion safe, patient-centered care across New Jersey and Maryland

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license in state of practice or reciprocity.
• CPR/BLS and First Aid certification required.
• Minimum five years of nursing leadership experience.
• Experience with multi-site or multi-program nursing operations preferred.
• Experience with regulatory surveys and accreditation processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for nursing services across facilities and programs.
• Lead development and expansion of new programs and service lines.
• Oversee program start-ups and expansion initiatives to ensure safe, compliant clinical operations.
• Mentor Directors of Nursing, Nurse Managers, and nursing staff across sites.
• Support workforce planning, staffing strategies, and leadership development.
