You’ll repurpose long-form content into short, engaging videos for reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, add captions and transitions, and maintain weekly output with strong English storytelling.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of short-form video editing experience.
• Strong portfolio showing both personal brand and/or e-commerce editing.
• Proven ability to take ownership of edits without constant supervision.
• Excellent command of English for captions and storytelling.
• Understanding of modern content pacing, trends, and retention strategies.
• Experience creating content for founders, influencers, or DTC brands is a plus.
• Willing to learn direct response marketing and apply it to edits.
• Strong instinct for storytelling, hooks, pacing, and viewer psychology.
