Job summary

SLC Management, a Sun Life subsidiary, offers a co-op hybrid internship near Wellesley, MA. You’ll join the Strategic Vendor Management (SVM) team, supporting vendor relationships, data systems, and process improvements while gaining exposure to investment operations.

You will work with professionals across SLC, develop financial and analytical skills, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives in a dynamic asset management environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university during the co-op.
• Undergraduate or graduate student in business, finance, economics, or accounting.
• Eligible to legally work in the United States and able to work full-time during the co-op period.

Responsibilities

• Assist the SVM team in developing and maintaining relationships with strategic vendors and key investment/operations teams.
• Collaboratively build out and maintain SVM’s Salesforce system.
• Identify and implement new process improvements for SVM functions, including reporting and contract renewals.
• Support process improvement efforts to achieve cost savings and enhance vendor management.
• Develop performance scorecards, vendor tracking reports, and relationship overviews for key providers.
• Assist in evaluating vendor systems and participating in industry events/research.
