Qualifications

• 5+ years of account management, project, or buying experience.
• Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
• Experience using data to influence business decisions.
• Experience managing P&L.
• Experience with large vendor accounts in apparel or consumer staples.
• Experience in e-commerce or retail.
• Willingness to learn prompting and evaluation practices for generative AI tools.
• Experience in apparel, basics, intimates, or consumer staples categories.

Responsibilities

• Own the apparel essentials category P&L, including revenue, margin, in-stock, and vendor investment targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with large-scale apparel vendors through joint business planning and terms negotiation.
• Negotiate commercial terms with established brand partners to drive mutual growth.
• Develop and execute category strategy leveraging data on demand, pricing, and selection.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, operations, and finance to deliver category objectives.
