Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2+ years of related experience is required.
• Experience with enterprise applications (PeopleSoft, Maximo, Ariba, SAP, Microsoft, Fieldnote) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vegetation management planning, scheduling, and admin tasks across the service territory.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and contractors on work planning, forecasting, reporting, and communications.
• Track and resolve vegetation inquiries with Customer Service; ensure timely follow-up and documentation.
• Compile, analyze, and report operational and regulatory data for annual reports, requests, and audits.
• Allocate invoices to FERC accounts and review month-end reports to support budget and compliance.
• Maintain dashboards, trackers, and program documentation for data accuracy and visibility.
• Support public outreach with Communications, Business & Community Development, local government, and schools.
• Coordinate Annual Tree Line USA certification requirements, including contractor training and public education.
• Develop procedures and process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
• Respond to changing priorities and operational challenges.

Education

Associate Degree in Business, Accounting or 2+ years of experience in a related field
