Bilfinger North America is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the development and execution of a standardized U.S. recruiting strategy.

You will oversee full-cycle recruiting, build proactive talent pipelines, and partner with leaders to align staffing with business needs across Bilfinger’s North American operations. Based in The Woodlands, TX, this senior role requires extensive experience, travel, and a focus on compliance, efficiency, and theBilfinger employer brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition across multi-site operations.
• Experience recruiting for industrial services, construction, manufacturing, engineering, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, EEO, I-9, E-Verify, and compliance.
• Proficiency with ATS/HRIS, recruiting analytics, sourcing tools, and MS Office.
• Ability to travel within the United States as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a U.S. recruiting strategy across Bilfinger North America.
• Lead cross-segment projects to enhance talent attraction processes and systems.
• Coach and develop U.S. recruiting team members for consistent support.
• Standardize recruiting systems, workflows, and handoffs to onboarding.
• Partner with executives to align staffing priorities with business needs and risk considerations.
• Oversee full-cycle recruiting for white-collar, blue-collar, and leadership roles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for high-demand roles across functions.
• Represent Bilfinger at recruiting events, campus visits, and community programs.
