Job summary

OrganOx Limited, a leader in organ perfusion technology, is seeking a Product Manager, Upstream to own 1.5–5 year portfolio strategy and front-end innovation. You will translate clinical needs into business cases, set the global roadmap, and drive cross-functional collaboration from R&D to Regulatory to ensure readiness for launch.

You will report to the Global Director of Marketing, lead diverse teams, and shape commercial strategy for next‑generation devices with global reach, travel up to 30%

Qualifications

• 7+ years in medical device product management or upstream marketing.
• Experience with U.S. and global transplantation ecosystems preferred.
• Ability to translate clinical insights into PRDs and business cases.
