EMERGING ACQUISITIONS LLC seeks a treasury professional to manage cash positioning, liquidity, forecasting, and banking relations. You will oversee treasury operations, foreign exchange, and letters of credit while collaborating with executives and subsidiaries on reporting and compliance.

The role requires 4+ years in treasury/finance, strong GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. CPA/CMA/CTP preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in financial accounting, financial reporting, treasury, or corporate finance.
• Experience preparing and analyzing financial statements.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day cash positioning and liquidity activities.
• Develop and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Serve as the liaison with banking and financial institution partners.
• Administer banking platforms and monitor electronic banking transactions.
• Manage foreign exchange contracts and related treasury activities.
