Job summary

RGP, located in Houston, Texas, is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support critical treasury operations in a fast-paced environment. This contract-to-hire role requires strong expertise in cash management, as well as advanced skills in Excel. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in treasury and the ability to engage with executive leadership effectively.

The position offers a pay rate of $40-45/hour, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of treasury, cash management, or corporate finance experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs/XLOOKUPs are essential.
• Experience working in a high-growth, fast-paced environment is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash positioning and liquidity monitoring.
• Prepare treasury reports and dashboards for leadership review.
• Assist with M&A treasury activities, including Day 1 readiness.
