American Life is seeking a Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury Team. You will manage daily cash operations, banking relations, and treasury reporting to support risk management and liquidity.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting/finance with 4 year of related experience or;
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance with 2 years of related experience
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Demonstrated strong customer service and communication skills
• Professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• PC skills, including the ability to learn new systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily cash management operations, including cash positioning, reporting and liquidity management.
• Maintain and manage relationships with banks and other financial institutions. Including account opening/closuring, signatories and audit requests.
• Execute and monitor treasury transactions, including investments, borrowings, and foreign exchange dealings while ensuring proper financial controls and risk mitigation.
• Prepare and present treasury reports to management and ensure compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
• Continually seek opportunities to improve treasury processes and systems for greater efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all controls.
• Researches and analyzes issues related to Customer accounts as needed.
