Qualifications

• Proven track record leading transformation initiatives in global, multicultural settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead the five-year transformation roadmap to optimize the Global Clinical Development operating model.
• Develop and present business cases to executive leadership to support changes and investments.
• Drive the department's digital strategy and AI-powered tool adoption.
• Oversee budget and resource management across geographies and hubs.
• Manage the departmental management office, audits, training, and communications strategy.
• Lead Strategic External Collaboration specialists for high-impact partnerships.
