Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 1+ year in corporate strategy, management consulting, or FP&A.
• Experience in executive-level presentations and materials for senior leadership.
• Ability to travel to FTI offices as needed; strong analytical capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Disaggregate complex business problems and develop hypotheses-driven analyses.
• Conduct analyses on internal data including project staffing, finance, and KPIs.
• Conduct market research on trends and competitors; build flexible financial models.
• Develop insights and recommendations for leadership discussions and decisions.
• Prepare clear, well-written documents to facilitate discussions with senior leadership.
