Qualifications

• Pharmaceutical industry experience mandatory.
• Ability to work in a hospital system; rare disease/aliments portfolios.
• Proven budget management capability and cost-efficient material delivery.
• Strong multi-project delivery within timelines.
• Apply adult learning theory to training programs.

Responsibilities

• Sets the strategic vision for training excellence aligned with SERB’s growth and portfolio.
• Develops a strategic training plan aligned to mission and business plans with measurable impact.
• Owns Commercial training plan creation and execution for priority products.
• Leads Sales Training Classes, Meetings, and remote trainings.
• Leverages field trainers to ensure curriculum implementation.
• Conducts situational analyses to identify gaps and aligns imperatives with leadership.
• Partners with commercial leaders to position training as a career development conduit.
• Spends time in the field observing and documenting training effectiveness with KAMs and management.
• Manages systems for Sales Training: LMS reporting, dashboards, analytics.
• Establishes training and certification requirements for Sales Training.
• Adheres to adult learning principles and effective training design.
• Sets processes for timely performance feedback for managers and trainees.
• Coordinates materials and tools for training programs and updates.
• Analyzes learning gaps with field feedback and surveys.
• Tracks attendance and assists with meeting logistics.
• Fosters a culture of commitment, empowerment, and excellence.
