Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Leadership Technical Program Manager II for Asset Reliability and Operations in Data Centers. You will lead multi-disciplinary engineering programs, plan requirements with internal customers, and guide projects through full lifecycles across global data center operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the technical or engineering field (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Reliability, Industrial or Controls Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in technical program management, reliability engineering, or critical facilities operations.
• 5 years of experience in people management or leading engineering teams.
• Experience with asset reliability, maintenance engineering, or industrial control systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects and manage project schedules and risks.
• Oversee global strategy and execution across two foundational portfolios: Asset Management Reliability Engineering and Operational Sustainability and OT Configuration Management.
• Grow and guide a dispersed team of TPMs and Reliability Engineers, coordinating with upstream and downstream partners.
• Translate executive priorities into scalable roadmaps and drive governance for configuration management and lifecycle engineering across data centers.
• Define KPIs and drive continuous improvement across large-scale industrial environments.
