Job summary

Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc. (SGA) in Lehi, UT is seeking a Third Party Risk Management Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier SaaS clients. In-office three days per week.

You will conduct risk reviews, support TPRM module delivery, own data migration strategies, assist with offboarding, and help governance, reporting, and continuous improvements to scale risk management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with TPRM and governance concepts.
• Ability to act as a change agent for the TPRM function across the organization.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and uncover insights that lead to process improvements.
• Strong prioritization and project delivery skills.
• 2-5 years' experience in audit, risk management or compliance.
• Experience auditing, compliance or risk assessments and ongoing monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Conduct risk reviews across risk domains in the third-party ecosystem.
• Assist in TPRM module delivery within Global Source to Pay transformation.
• Own the data migration strategy between business systems.
• Assist offboarding of Adobe's third parties no longer in use.
• Support risk acceptance/mitigation governance processes.
• Monitor completion of risk mitigation activities by vendors and owners.
• Own and manage actions and task queues from risk management activities.
• Perform quality control and audits over the TPRM program and third parties.
• Provide inputs to optimize risk review and due diligence processes.
• Seek opportunities to improve knowledge and performance via coaching and self-improvement.
• Perform ad-hoc project-based work, including reporting and analyses.
